Check in time is 2pm to 11:30pm. Reception doors are closed 10am to 2pm.

REFUND POLICY

All Guests are asked to provided ID and Credit Card or Security Deposit at check in,

For Cash,Debit Cards and EFTPOS  we ask for a CREDIT card imprint or a security deposit on check in.

This is refunded at checkout, less any charges incurred.(food, drinks, snacks, excess cleaning fees etc)

Email addresses may be collected for periodic offers, correspondence and review invitations.
